LIVING FAITH COURSE

"Spirituality and Prayer" in the first module of the new discipleship course, Living Faith.  Eleven sessions cover a variety of Christian traditions, including the Desert Fathers, Celtic Christianity, the Benedictine and Fransiscan traditions, the Orthodox church, the classical Anglical heritage of Cranmer and George Herbert, and contemporary Anglo Catholic and Evangelical spirituality.  Each session gives background information and a "taster" of the different spiritual traditions, giving you the opportunity to experience a wide range of ways in which Christians respond to God.,

The sessions will be led by Pastor Jim Davies, whose contact number is 07787 842002.  The meetings are held on Thursdays and anyone is welcome to come to either the 2.30 p.m. meeting in Caldicot St. Mary's Church Hall, or the 7.30 p.m. meeting in Portskewett Church Hall.

The sessions begin on 25th February, 2010.

Please note the new time and venue for the Caldicot Meeting - it is now being held from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. in Caldicot St. Mary's Church Hall.
